The whole load is then considered as a total loss by the consignee, who proceeds to the destruction.<\/p>\n

CRTL is instructed by the Ad Valorem Insurers to recover the amount compensated to its Insured.<\/p>\n

After contacting and discussing with the carrier’s liability insurers, CRTL was able to recover not only the total amount of the loss of goods, but also the destruction costs and the fees of the expert appointed for the purposes of the out of court assessment.<\/p>\n
